Keeping in mind the client’s request of traditional touch to G.R.V Global Village Resorts in Ajwa, we have tried to achieve that by using traditional elements like brick and sloping roof.

The building used maximum by the guests, the club house is placed in the forefront for easy accessibility and keeping in mind the privacy of the resort guests. Common amenities have been placed in the central space for easy approachability by the users. The project has been conceptualized as a cluster. Cluster of three guest houses have been put together providing a common green space in the center. Individual clusters like these have been grouped together to provide maximum green spaces and minimizing the road space. A pleasant addition to traditional homes, this range of resorts is robust in its structure, but delicate in its aesthetic.
