A luxurious resort located in Ardi village near Anand, employs its grids and master planning in relation with local spatial relations and contextual responses.

The project aimed at reinforcing the spirit of a let-lose-holiday with a sensibility of dignity, order and repose. An outward looking cluster of three cottages clubbed together opens out to individual open spaces and maintains privacy. A private domain is created within the cluster.

One-sided sloping roof is a repetitive design element in each cottage that keeps the overall design coherent. The cut-outs in the roof draws in the nature, breeze, green and the sun deep into and through the cottage. Featuring a glass reinforced concrete screen on the southern façade of the clubhouse is lavish and intimate. The resort can be described as modern and minimalistic, yet cozy and warm in its overall aesthetics.
